Dr. Pakhi Chaudhuri is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics
and is Board Certi. ed. She is a graduate of Brown Medical School and
trained at the University of Washington, Children’s Hospital and
Regional Medical Center in Seattle. She was in a wonderful private practice
in Seattle with an organization of 40+ pediatricians, run by pediatricians.
Dr. Chaudhuri now offers her experience to Durango, and hopes to bring

We ask that you schedule routine appointments such as well-child check-ups
and sport physicals in advance to ensure you get the appointment time
you desire.
Pediatric
Associates of Durango offers a complimentary visit which allows you to
learn more about our practice. This visit allows you to meet with a practitioner,
ask questions and hear more about the services we offer. Please call for
more information, or to schedule a prenatal/get acquainted appointment.
Pediatric Associates of Durango accepts almost every insurance plan. If
you are unsure whether your insurance plan is contracted with Pediatric
Associates of Durango, please call our main number and our receptionist
will be happy to assist you. We ask that you always have your insurance
card available at appointments in the event that we need to make a copy.
Any co-payment required by your insurance will be collected at the time
of service. We accept cash and personal checks. If your insurance requires
a referral to see a specialist, please contact us. You may be required
to see your primary care physician in order to complete the necessary
forms.

8:30am to 5:00pm.
In addition to regular office hours, Dr. Chaudhuri will manage newborns
and children of all ages at Mercy Medical Center.
