Dr. Pakhi Chaudhuri is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics
and is Board Certified. She is a graduate of Brown Medical School and
trained at the University of Washington, Children's Hospital and
Regional Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. Chaudhuri has also completed a
course in Medical Acupuncture for Physicians through UCLA and the Helms
Medical Institute and currently includes acupuncture and Shonishin (a
needle-less technique for infants and children) in her practice.
Dr Whitney W. Pack is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Board Certified.
She grew up in Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah and attended medical school
at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Pack them
completed her residency training at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland.
She and her husband, a dentist, Howard Pack, are excited to be returning to the Southwest
and starting their respective practices.

Pediatric
Associates of Durango offers a complimentary visit which allows you to
learn more about our practice. This visit allows you to meet with a practitioner,
ask questions and hear more about the services we offer. Please call for
more information, or to schedule a prenatal/get acquainted appointment.
Pediatric Associates of Durango accepts almost every insurance plan. If
you are unsure whether your insurance plan is contracted with Pediatric
Associates of Durango, please call our main number and our receptionist
will be happy to assist you. We ask that you always have your insurance
card available at appointments in the event that we need to make a copy.
Any co-payment required by your insurance will be collected at the time
of service. We accept cash and personal checks. If your insurance requires
a referral to see a specialist, please contact us. You may be required
to see your primary care physician in order to complete the necessary
forms.
